Bookings are limited to two per day on Friday and Saturday.

Choose between an afternoon slot before 5 pm, evening slots after 6 pm, or book the entire day.

Secure your date with a non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract. Payment can be made ONLINE WITH credit, debit, OR CASH.

No, early setup is not allowed. Your booked time includes setup, event duration, and cleanup. Ensure vendors pick up equipment by the end time specified in your booking.

No refunds are issued, but you can transfer the balance to another date with a minimum 30-day
advance notice, subject to availability. Credit is valid for up to 1 year, and the retainer is required for the new date.

Can I or vendors come in early to set up?

No, all events must conclude by 10 pm; parties until 2 am are not permitted.
